This spacious 137 m² Génépi apartment, located on the ground floor of a chalet, is nestled in the heart of the world’s largest ski area. Close to renowned restaurants, various shops, and three sports complexes, it combines comfort and convenience. The living area offers a 29 m² lounge-dining room, a 9 m² open-plan kitchen, and a wellness space with sinks, shower, WC, and sauna. A 15 m² southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax in the sun. Upstairs, four large bedrooms each have a private bathroom (sinks, shower, WC), ensuring peace and privacy. Two bedrooms feature a 160 cm double bed, while the other two have three 90 cm single beds each. Two bedrooms open onto southwest-facing balconies (5 m² and 7 m²). The apartment is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, and electric central heating (heated floor on the ground floor, convectors elsewhere). There’s also a wood stove (wood provided). An 18 m² garage stores ski equipment, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, and heated towel rails completes the amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Capacity: 12 to 14 people. Pets allowed upon approval. Parking is available in front of the chalet, along the Bettaix road, and in the garage. Bed linen and towels are provided and set up for your arrival. Cleaning must be done by guests.
